SEO Manager Summary Chetu is seeking a strategic and analytical SEO Manager to lead organic search initiatives and drive high-quality traffic, visibility, and revenue growth. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive SEO strategies, conducting technical audits, optimizing content, and adapting to emerging AI-powered search technologies. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with a user-first mindset and collaborates cross-functionally to maximize marketing performance and ROI. Compensation Structure Package Range: $75K – $85K Key Responsibilities • SEO Strategy Development: Own and execute a long-term SEO roadmap to improve organic rankings, traffic, and conversion performance. • Technical SEO: Perform regular site audits focusing on crawlability, site architecture, mobile optimization, page speed, and schema markup; partner with development teams to implement improvements. • Content Optimization: Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis; guide content teams in producing high-quality, search-optimized content aligned with user intent. • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze KPIs including organic traffic, keyword rankings, backlinks, and conversion rates using GA4 and Google Search Console; deliver actionable insights. • Off-Page SEO: Lead link-building initiatives and digital PR strategies to strengthen domain authority. • AI Search Optimization: Stay ahead of trends in Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and LLM-driven search to evolve SEO strategies. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with content, social, PPC, and UX teams to ensure cohesive digital marketing efforts. Requirements • Experience: 5+ years of SEO experience with a demonstrated track record of increasing organic traffic and revenue. • SEO Tools: Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, and Google Search Console. • Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platforms such as WordPress or HubSpot. • Analytical Ability: Ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable strategies. • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present insights to leadership. • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
