Tasks
We are looking for an experienced Data/Cloud Architect to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy robust software solutions. You will collaborate closely with a small team of developers to build integrated data analytics tools and pipelines that drive innovation. This role is a key opportunity to accelerate development processes for clients by creating user-friendly solutions that handle large-scale internal data.
Requirements
- A university degree, preferably in a STEM subject, combined with 5+ years of hands-on experience in a relevant role
- Proven expertise in designing scalable architectures across relational databases (PostgreSQL) and high-volume structured formats
- Deep experience creating efficient ETL pipelines, with a focus on code optimization
- Strong system-level debugging skills with the ability to trace data flow and performance bottlenecks across databases and cloud environments
- Proficiency in software engineering best practices (CI/CD, version control) and the ability to mentor teams on collaborative development
- Production experience with AWS services, specifically data engines like S3, Athena, Glue, and CodePipeline.
- Exposure to time-series data, IoT streams, or battery data is a big plus
