Product Manager - AI Orchestration & Agent Platforms AI Security Start-up Location: Remote - United States Salary: $200,000 -$250,000 + Bonus & Equity The Role We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our AI Orchestration and Agent Platform initiatives focused on building scalable infrastructure for autonomous agents, multi-agent coordination, workflow orchestration, tool execution, memory systems, and enterprise AI operations. As organizations move from isolated AI co-pilots to fully orchestrated agent ecosystems, the underlying platform layer becomes critical. In this role, you will define and execute the product vision for the orchestration infrastructure powering AI agents, workflows, integrations, and enterprise automation systems. You will work closely with engineering, research, design, and go-to-market teams to build robust AI orchestration capabilities that enable developers and enterprises to deploy reliable, secure, and scalable agent-based systems. This role is ideal for someone with deep product management experience in AI infrastructure, orchestration platforms, developer tooling, or agent frameworks who is excited about shaping the future of autonomous AI systems. What You’ll be Doing Own the product strategy and roadmap for AI orchestration and agent platform capabilities Define product requirements across multi-agent coordination, workflow orchestration, tool calling, memory systems, observability, and execution infrastructure Build scalable infrastructure for managing autonomous agents, reasoning pipelines, integrations, and enterprise AI workflows Partner closely with engineering and research teams to design enterprise-grade orchestration systems for AI-native applications Work with customers and design partners to understand operational challenges around deploying and scaling AI agents Drive product discovery, prioritization, and execution across orchestration-related initiatives Collaborate with GTM and customer-facing teams to translate technical platform capabilities into customer value Monitor industry trends across AI infrastructure, agent frameworks, orchestration systems, developer platforms, and enterprise AI adoption Define metrics and success criteria around reliability, latency, scalability, adoption, and developer experience Support integrations with LLM providers, enterprise systems, APIs, vector databases, and cloud infrastructure Who You Are: 5+ years of product management experience in AI infrastructure, developer platforms, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS Strong understanding of AI agent architectures, orchestration systems, workflow engines, and developer tooling Experience working with modern AI ecosystems and frameworks such as LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, or similar orchestration platforms Familiarity with concepts such as tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), memory management, agent planning, and distributed execution Technical fluency and ability to collaborate deeply with engineering and research teams Strong customer discovery and product strategy skills Experience shipping highly technical enterprise or developer-facing products Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous startup environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities *Follow Scout Global for more roles like this*
