Restaurant General Manager

Responsibilities: • Managing day to day operations- Controls profit loss by following cash control/security procedures, maintaining inventory, managing labor, reviewing financial reports, and taking appropriate actions • Plans and ensures the professional growth & development of the management team and crew members • Maintains an exceptional level of customer service • Knows and manages compliance with federal, state and local labor laws and ensure the restaurant is completing regular safety / cleaning / operations checklists to guarantee guest satisfaction and inspections Requirements: • Must have QSR Management / Assistant Management experience in the fast food industry • Salaried QSR or casual restaurant experience (preferred) • A proven track record of increasing sales and profitability • Strong organizational skills with a desire to develop others • Effective communication and interpersonal skills • Must have the ability to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment • Knowledge of both food & labor cost controls • Techniques in strategic planning and driving sales • Excellent customer service standards • Valid driver's license and vehicle • Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and holidays • Proven reliability and high personal integrity Benefits: • Competitive Salary • Bonus program • Healthcare Insurance- Medical, Vision and Dental • 401k (after 1 year of employment) • Paid Time-off • Career growth plans About Us: SUBWAY brand is the world's largest submarine sandwich chain with more than 40,000 locations around the world.
