Director of Pre-Construction Largo, MD (On-Site / Hybrid) The Redda Group has been retained by a high-growth, well-capitalized construction firm to identify a Director of Cost Management who can build, scale, and lead a best-in-class pre-construction function. This is a senior leadership role for a strategic builder—someone who can elevate estimating accuracy, drive margin reliability, strengthen win rates, and position the organization as a premier partner across private, federal, and local government work. Ideal Background • 10+ years in pre-construction / estimating leadership • Experience across commercial, interior, base building, or mixed-use projects • Proven success improving estimate accuracy, win rates, and margins • Strong financial acumen and executive presence • Proficiency with Bluebeam, Procore, estimating tools, and cost modeling • Thrives in high-growth, high-expectation environments Are you already interested?
