I. Position Overview
The Director of Product Operations is responsible for managing operational activities throughout the company's product lifecycle. Focusing on key objectives—including user growth, user engagement, conversion rates, user retention, and commercialization—this role formulates product operations strategies and drives their successful implementation. The position requires a deep understanding of product logic, user needs, and market trends; by leveraging data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and the development of robust operational frameworks, the Director continuously enhances product competitiveness and user experience to drive product business growth. II. Core Responsibilities
1. Product Operations Strategy Formulation
Develop the company's overall product operations strategy and annual operations plan.
Formulate user growth, engagement, and retention strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Establish a system of product operations metrics and operational workflows.
Drive product commercialization and enhance user value.
2. User Growth and Operations
Responsible for user acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation initiatives.
Build and manage a user lifecycle management system.
Analyze user behavioral data to optimize user experience and conversion funnels.
Plan and execute online and offline operational campaigns.
3. Data Analysis and Operations Optimization
Establish a data monitoring framework for product operations.
Analyze key metrics such as DAU, MAU, conversion rates, retention rates, and repurchase rates.
Provide data-driven recommendations for product optimization.
Continuously optimize operational efficiency and user experience.
4. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Management
Collaborate closely with Product, Technology, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, and other departments.
Facilitate the implementation of product requirements and version iterations.
Coordinate resources to ensure the smooth progress of operational projects.
Establish efficient collaboration mechanisms and communication protocols.
5. Team Building and Management
Responsible for building the product operations team and fostering talent development.
Define team KPIs and establish performance evaluation mechanisms.

Establish standardized operational systems and processes.
6. Market and Competitive Analysis
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

III. Job Requirements
Educational Background
Bachelor's degree or higher.
Majors in Marketing, Business Administration, Product Management, E-commerce, Data Analysis, or related fields are preferred.
Work Experience
20+ years of experience in product operations or internet operations.
5+ years of experience in team management.
Experience within large-scale internet companies, SaaS, E-commerce, FinTech, AI, or Mobile Internet sectors is preferred.
Professional Skills
Comprehensive understanding of the entire product operations lifecycle.
Proven capabilities in user growth and data analysis.
Familiarity with methodologies such as A/B testing, user profiling, and growth modeling.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and operational platforms.
