We automate complex compliance processes for international business travel, workations, and assignments—covering areas like social security, tax, and labor law.
Your Impact
Your work will focus on structured onboarding, handling customer requests, and maintaining clear communication with clients. You’ll ensure that our platform is set up correctly for each customer and that they understand how to use it in their day-to-day work.
Tasks
- Customer Support & Success: Manage support tickets and coordinate regular check-ins with our client accounts.
- Client Onboarding: Support the onboarding of new customers, helping them set up and integrate our platform (project management).
- Platform Configuration: Assist in configuring client-specific settings and workflows within our compliance automation platform.
- Authority Communication: Communicate with social security and labor law authorities regarding international work and travel compliance.
- Process Improvement: Identify and help implement improvements to internal operational processes and documentation.
Requirements
- You are currently studying (Bachelor or Master) and available part-time (e.g. 15–20 hours per week).
- You have excellent communication skills in English; German proficiency is a plus
- You are structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple operational tasks.
- You are able to work from our Berlin office at least 2 days per week
- You enjoy working independently, but also value collaboration in a small and international team.
- You’re curious about topics like global mobility, HR operations, compliance, and digital process automation.
