II. Position Overview The Director of Asset Management is responsible for establishing and managing the company's overall asset operation framework. This role entails executing full lifecycle management for new energy projects, operational resources, and core corporate assets, with the aim of continuously improving asset operational efficiency, resource utilization rates, and long-term value. In alignment with industry trends and corporate development strategies, this position will drive the digitalization of asset management, optimize operations, and refine risk control systems, thereby providing robust support for the company's global business expansion and long-term growth. III. Core Responsibilities 1. Asset Operations Management Establish company-wide asset management policies and operational procedures; Oversee the management of new energy projects and related resource assets; Enhance asset operational efficiency and resource utilization capabilities; Drive the standardization and digitalization of asset operations. 2. Strategic Planning and Resource Allocation Formulate strategies for asset operations and resource allocation; Participate in the evaluation of key projects and operational analysis; Monitor new energy industry trends and market dynamics; Support the company's global business layout and long-term development planning. 3. Risk Control and Compliance Management Establish asset risk management mechanisms; Oversee compliance and internal control processes within asset operations; Coordinate with finance, legal, and operations teams to conduct risk assessments; Mitigate operational risks and optimize asset security management. 4. Data Analysis and Digital Management Drive the development of asset data platforms and intelligent management systems; Establish frameworks for asset operational analysis and performance evaluation; Optimize data management workflows and enhance the efficiency of operational decision-making; Elevate the company's overall digital operational capabilities. 5. Team Management and Cross-Departmental Collaboration Manage the asset operations and analysis teams; Facilitate cross-departmental resource collaboration and project execution; Establish mechanisms for team training and performance management; Enhance overall management efficiency and organizational execution capabilities. IV. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Energy Economics, Business Administration, Investment Management, or a related field; Over 20 years of experience in asset management, energy operations, or large-scale project management; Familiarity with the new energy sector and modern asset operation models; Possession of excellent capabilities in data analysis, resource coordination, and risk management; Experience in international project management is preferred; Possession of strong team management, communication, and coordination skills.
