Working Student Graphic / Communication Design (m/f/d)

Working Hours: 15 to 20 hours per week

padoa is transforming occupational health and workplace safety management through digital infrastructure. Our SaaS solution helps companies manage occupational health processes more efficiently, transparently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements.

While padoa is already well established in France, we are currently accelerating our growth in the German market. To support this expansion, we are looking for a Working Student in Graphic Design / Communication Design to join our Marketing team.

Aufgaben

You will support our Marketing team in creating and maintaining high quality visual communication across all key channels and touchpoints. You will work closely with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to help strengthen padoa’s brand presence in Germany.

This role is ideal for students in Communication Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields who want hands on experience in a fast growing B2B SaaS environment.

• Design social media assets, primarily for LinkedIn
• Create and refine presentations, one pagers, and marketing materials
• Support campaign visuals, event materials, and digital advertising assets
• Maintain visual templates
• Support visual implementation for website and landing pages
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on consistent brand communication
• Support simple motion graphics or video content creation

Qualifikation

• Ongoing studies in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Media Design, or a related field
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and Canva
• Good understanding of modern and professional B2B design
• Structured, reliable, and detail oriented working style
• Interest in branding, digital communication, and growth marketing
• Fluent German and good English communication skills
• Ideally first practical experience through internships, freelance work, or student jobs
