Responsibilities • Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies utilizing advanced SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and drive targeted traffic. • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-impact opportunities aligned with business objectives. • Optimize website content, structure, and technical elements using HTML, CSS, and content management systems like WordPress to enhance search engine visibility. • Manage and refine paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and SEM channels to boost performance marketing efforts. • Utilize Google Analytics, SQL, and other analytics tools to monitor website performance, analyze user behavior, and generate actionable insights for ongoing optimization. • Collaborate with content creators to produce compelling copy, engaging visuals using Adobe Creative Suite or Photoshop, and social media content that resonates with target audiences. • Implement conversion optimization techniques through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and marketing automation tools to increase lead generation and sales conversions. • Oversee social media management strategies across platforms like Facebook and LinkedIn to enhance brand awareness and engagement. • Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation platforms to nurture leads and maintain customer relationships. • Stay current with industry trends in digital marketing, SEO best practices, E-commerce developments, and emerging technologies such as JavaScript or performance marketing tactics. Skills • Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz for keyword research and site audits. • Strong knowledge of SEO principles combined with hands-on experience in technical optimization using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Content Management Systems like WordPress. • Expertise in Google Ads (formerly Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, and marketing automation platforms. • Skilled in content creation including copywriting for web pages, blogs, social media posts, and email campaigns. • Ability to analyze data effectively using analytics tools to inform strategic decisions; experience with performance marketing metrics is essential. • Creative skills in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Creative Suite for visual content development. • Experience in conversion rate optimization techniques such as A/B testing and landing page enhancements. • Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies within digital environments; familiarity with E-commerce platforms is a plus. • Strong understanding of social media management practices across various channels including Facebook Business Manager.
