The company is dedicated to creating projects of high design standards and lasting value. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Professional located in Westport, CT. Responsibilities include managing lease administration, showcasing and leasing residential and commercial properties, building strong relationships with prospective and current residents, and ensuring high levels of resident retention. Additional duties involve providing exceptional customer service, consistent communication, and coordinating leasing activities as part of a collaborative team. Qualifications • Experience in leases and lease administration processes • Strong skills in resident retention and customer service • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and team members • Knowledge of property management protocols is a plus • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask • Proficiency in relevant software, such as property management systems, is a bonus • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is advantageous
