Role Description This is a full-time/part time role for a Pennsylvania Licensed Real Estate Agent, based in Orefield, PA. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients in buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include consulting with clients to determine their property needs, showcasing listings, negotiating offers, managing contracts, and ensuring all transactions are completed efficiently. The role also involves providing excellent customer service and maintaining a strong knowledge of the real estate market. Qualifications • Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Real Estate License • Strong knowledge and experience in real estate and real property principles • Proficient sales and negotiation skills • Exceptional customer service and communication skills • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Proficiency using real estate technology platforms and tools
