Description
Sr Software Engineer C# and Cloud
Location: REMOTE with occasional travel to NY (company paid)
The Ambulatory Electronic Health Records ("AEHR") software engineering team helps deliver high quality health care everyday through seamless and secure delivery of clinical patient information. This team is responsible for developing clinical patient care applications and supporting Touchworks/Allscripts integrations utilizing web-based technologies across a hybrid cloud environment.
The full-stack developer's primary responsibilities will be to develop cloud (Azure/Hybrid) software development of AEHR integrations/applications.
Engage in the full product lifecycle as part of a cross-functional, agile team to gain deep understanding of the problems we need to solve and apply that knowledge to building solutions
Define information needs and data flows, conferring with dependent teams and users in providing a common understanding of systems, data usage, and work processes
Determine operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions
Participate in technical audits, design reviews and recommend improvements
Problem analysis, diagnosis and remediation including critical events / product rollouts
Perform risk assessment and provide abatement / mitigation / remediation planning Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations accordingly (build / buy)
Craft highly scalable, robust, and maintainable services and APIs using and / or defining best practices
Perform efficient coding, testing and creating full documentation in the areas of software development and maintenance
Provide technical guidance in software design and development activities, maintenances and upgrades of existing software applications
Deliver training and mentoring supporting and developing other software engineers by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities
Required
BA or BS degree in computer science, engineering, information systems / technology and/or other relevant combination of training and experience
4-8 years’ experience as a Software Engineer’
Strong knowledge and experience with Web Services, C#/.Net, HTML5, CSS3, SASS
Skilled agile practitioner
Skilled in developing solutions for the Cloud platform
MUST have COVID Vaccination
