Senior Director of Marketing (Remote – U.S.) Position Overview We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels. This role is responsible for shaping brand strategy, driving demand generation, and building scalable marketing programs that support long-term business growth. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic vision, analytical expertise, and hands-on leadership experience in fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities • Lead overall marketing strategy, planning, and execution across digital and traditional channels • Develop and manage integrated campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline growth • Oversee performance marketing, content strategy, product marketing, and communications functions • Define and track key marketing KPIs, using data insights to optimize campaign effectiveness • Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive Leadership to align marketing initiatives with business goals • Build and mentor high-performing marketing teams and agency partners • Manage marketing budget allocation and ensure efficient use of resources • Identify market trends, customer insights, and competitive positioning opportunities • Strengthen brand positioning and ensure consistency across all touchpoints Qualifications & Experience • 10+ years of progressive experience in marketing leadership roles • Proven success in developing and executing high-impact marketing strategies • Strong background in digital marketing, brand strategy, and demand generation • Experience leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment • Deep understanding of marketing analytics, customer segmentation, and funnel optimization • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to operate effectively in a remote-first work environment • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred) Preferred Skills • Experience in B2B or B2C scaling environments • Familiarity with modern marketing tools (CRM, automation platforms, analytics suites) • Strong storytelling and brand-building capability • Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong business acumen Location Remote – United States What We Offer • Opportunity to lead high-impact marketing initiatives at scale • Flexible remote work environment across the U.S. • Collaborative, fast-paced, and growth-oriented culture • Strong opportunity to influence brand direction and business outcomes
