As the Outbound BDR Manager for Southern Europe, you will lead and coach a team of outbound Business Development Representatives (oBDRs) to achieve and exceed their performance metrics. This role is pivotal in fostering a high-performing, diverse, and inclusive team culture while ensuring collaboration with Business Development, Sales, and Enablement to enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and coach the oBDR team to meet and exceed metrics.
• Conduct impactful 1:1 sessions and provide guidance to team members.
• Drive an inclusive team culture that promotes diversity and high performance.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Sales, and Enablement teams to ensure the best customer experience.
• Nurture oBDRs to develop into future Account Executive (AE) talent.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Minimum of 1 year experience managing BDRs.
• Proven history of over-performance in individual contributor and managerial roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Data-savvy with ability to perform trend analysis.
• Proficient with Outreach, Salesforce, and Cognism.
• Fluency in French and English is essential.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% for onboarding and events.
