Company Description The House Democratic Campaign Committee (HDCC) is a dedicated political organization focused on maintaining and expanding the Democratic majority in the Pennsylvania State House of Representatives. As a full-time entity, the HDCC works year-round to support Democratic candidates through strategic guidance, resource allocation, and campaign coordination. Our mission is to advance Democratic policies and representation across Pennsylvania. Friends of Brian Munroe is the campaign PAC that runs State Representative Brian Munroe's reelection campaign locally. You would be working directly with our team to take a lead role in shaping our ground game leading up to November, when we hope to protect this seat and allow Democrats to expand on their slim House majority. Role Description These are campaign cycle, full-time positions based throughout the Commonwealth. • Individuals applying for Field Director positions should have at least one cycle of campaign experience, with at least one cycle in a field related role. Role Responsibilities • Field strategy & execution • Volunteer recruitment & canvass launches • Manage Field Organizers and volunteers • Report door knocking, phone banking, and texting goals to campaign manager and HDCC staff Essential Skills • Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment; • Ability to work effectively and tactfully with the public; • Excellent oral and written communication skills; • Commitment to maintaining a Democratic Majority in the PA State House.
