Description
Ascendo Resources is currently seeking a Financial Analyst for a full-time, hybrid role. Salary range is up to $90,000 with a 10% discretionary bonus.
Our client is one of the world's most iconic luxury fashion houses — a globally recognized brand with a rich heritage and a dynamic, growing Americas business spanning the U.S., Canada, Mexico, Brazil, Panama, and the Dominican Republic.
This is a high-visibility role sitting within a collaborative finance team, working closely with senior finance leadership, cross-functional business partners, and a centralized accounting team. You'll play an active part in the full financial cycle — from forecasting and budgeting to monthly close and executive-level reporting.

💰 $90,000 base + 10% annual bonus target
What You'll Be Doing:
• Supporting the full forecasting and budgeting cycle — Sales, Margin, OpEx, CapEx, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow — across the Americas region
• Analyzing P&L performance vs. budget/forecast and explaining variances with clear qualitative and quantitative commentary
• Partnering with accounting during monthly, quarterly, and year-end close
• Preparing and presenting monthly financial reports for regional and HQ leadership, including the global executive team
• Building and maintaining forecasting models aligned to business strategy
• Supporting daily, weekly, and monthly sales reporting across all channels
• Contributing to ad hoc financial analyses and special projects
What We're Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting (MBA a plus)
• 2+ years in a financial analysis or FP&A role
• Retail or manufacturing industry experience is a strong plus
• Solid command of Excel; experience with PowerBI, Anaplan, SAP, or similar tools preferred
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent communicator who can translate financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines
• High degree of discretion with confidential financial information
