If you require accommodations or flexibility, please discuss this with the hiring team during the interview process.</em></p> </div> </div> </div> </div> </div> <p class="p1"><strong>What does Senior Digital Project Manager do at WPP Production?</strong></p> <p class="p2">Senior Digital Project Manager is a super-organised, adept multi-taskers who is accountable for end-to- end project delivery within marketing production.&nbsp; They oversee delivery of full campaigns from coordinating ingest and master set up, to technical consultation with Tech Leads, and guidance on specific adaptation and localisation projects lead by the rest of the team.</p> <p class="p2">Senior Digital Project Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping WPP’s evolution toward AI-enabled production. In addition to managing digital campaign production clients, the role is responsible for coordination and delivery of AI and automation-powered initiatives, including WPP Open Pilots, Production Studio demos, proofs of concept, and innovation workstreams.&nbsp;This requires the ability to translate strategic ambitions into actionable delivery plans, bridging creative, technical, and operational teams to ensure that new technologies are deployed effectively and responsibly.</p> <p class="p2">Reporting into one of our Digital Programme Manager, the Senior Digital Project Manager oversees a&nbsp;portfolio of projects and a team of Project Managers, ensuring that all work is delivered on time, on&nbsp;budget, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.</p> <p class="p2">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and clients, facilitating communication&nbsp;related to end-to-end marketing campaign delivery, technical concepts and project status</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Lead initiatives to construct briefs, ensuring all requisite information is captured before project initiation.</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Lead the end-to-end project management of AI initiatives, from scoping and planning to&nbsp;execution and delivery, specifically leveraging WPP Open to build and deploy AI powered&nbsp;production and agentic workflows solutions</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Oversee production pipeline, monitor team availability and utilisation, and ensure that efficiencies&nbsp;are maintained, and risks are mitigated</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Line Manage project managers across locations to ensure successful delivery of projects</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Manage and optimise internal workflows for technical processes to enhance productivity</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Manage a diverse range of technical tasks, prioritising time and resources for optimal project&nbsp;delivery.</p> <p class="p2">&nbsp;</p> <p class="p1"><strong>Requirements - succesful candidate will have:</strong></p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> A minimum of 4+ years of marketing production project management experience, particularly&nbsp;within technical or digital display environments, media experience a plus.</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Strong technical knowledge and understanding of digital display ads, enabling effective&nbsp;communication with production teams and clients.</p> <p class="p2"><span class="s1">•</span> Basic understanding of dynamic (DCO) and templated development methodologies for digital&nbsp;media.
