Description
Revenue Growth Manager (m/w/d)
To strengthen our sales team, we are looking for active support with immediate effect in Reutlingen, Eindhoven or Remote! This is what you can expect:
You define, develop and lead customer-oriented RGM projects in order to realize growth potential, taking into account all RGM levers such as promos, assortment, trade terms.
You will implement sustainable RGM processes to identify potentials and translate them into commercial strategies and concrete measures.
Together with marketing, you will optimize the product/assortment structure as well as promotional guidelines.
You will analyze purchasing dynamics and market data and derive strategic recommendations from them, which you will develop in cooperation with the Sales & Marketing team and support in their implementation.
You develop new pricing and condition strategies.
You are a driver within the DACH Group for the RGM way of thinking and carry it into the organization, especially into budget and customer planning.
You will work closely with key account management, marketing, controlling and international colleagues with the aim of making all customer-relevant decisions on an RGM basis.
You report directly to the Sales Director.
What you bring to the table:
At least 2 years of experience in the field of Revenue Growth Management / Category Management / Business Controlling.
Strong understanding of numbers and finance as well as experience in creating P&L analyses to discover and tackle potential.
Strong and self-confident appearance as well as persuasiveness to motivate teams.
Hands-on mentality and strategic strength.
Open mindset to discover potential and break new ground.
Building relationships with partners and interfaces is easy for you.
