Seeking a Co-Founder & CEO for a remote, equity-based partnership to lead Clairo, an AI-driven clinical documentation compliance venture, where the candidate will set strategic direction, drive customer engagement, and oversee product development. Key responsibilities Refine the ideal customer profile, pricing model, and product positioning Lead customer development efforts by piloting with compliance and revenue cycle leaders, converting them to paid engagements Partner with the product and engineering team to launch the initial version and iterate based on user feedback Required qualifications Previous founding experience at a venture-backed company Demonstrated success in B2B SaaS go-to-market strategies, including sales and customer engagement Fluency in fundraising, with the ability to develop investor narratives and secure capital Proven track record in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent Deep operational exposure to healthcare revenue cycle management and medical billing
