Description
Design Team Leader and Operations Manager
We are a modern, upscale floral studio specializing in premium flowers
and high-end custom designs. We are seeking an experienced Floral
Design Room Manager with a minimum of 5 years of professional floral
design experience to oversee daily production, manage staff, and
maintain exceptional quality standards.
This role requires both creative leadership and operational strength.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations of the floral design room
Lead and supervise a team of designers and assistants
Maintain consistent execution of premium, modern floral designs
Oversee order flow and production for holidays and events
Manage flower inventory, ordering, and waste control
Coordinate and manage delivery schedules and logistics
Work confidently within POS systems (order entry, routing system, reporting)
Assist with customer service and special requests when needed
Train and mentor team members

Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years professional floral design experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating upscale design work
Prior management or leadership experience preferred
POS system knowledge required
Experience coordinating deliveries and routing
Ability to thrive in high-volume holiday periods
Strong organizational and communication skills
Detail-oriented and solution-driven mindset
