We’re dedicated to delivering premium results through advanced med spa facials, high-end skincare products, and professional devices. Our signature treatments include HydraFacials, microdermabrasion, and customized facial packages, with microneedling coming soon. We focus on personalized care and transformative experiences for every client. Position: Part-Time Esthetician Why You’ll Love Working Here: ✨ Upscale, professional environment with a loyal, results-driven clientele ✨ Opportunity to work with cutting-edge devices and luxury products ✨ Flexible part-time schedule and supportive team culture ✨ Ongoing product and treatment education Key Responsibilities: • Deliver professional esthetic services including HydraFacials, microdermabrasion, and customized facials • Use and recommend our high-end skincare products during treatments and retail consultations. • Provide detailed skin assessments and personalized care plans • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming treatment space • Ensure an exceptional client experience with every visit Schedule & Availability: • Part-time position with flexible hours • Closed Saturdays • Sunday availability required (not necessarily every Sunday, but 1-2 Sundays a month availability is important) Qualifications: ✔ Valid esthetician license ✔ Experience in advanced facial treatments (HydraFacials and microdermabrasion preferred) ✔ Passion for premium skincare and delivering real results ✔ Strong communication and client service skills ✔ Professional, positive, client-focused work approach Preferred (but not required): • Experience in high-end product sales • Interest in learning microneedling and other advanced modalities Compensation & Benefits: • Competitive pay + commission/bonus opportunities • Training on luxury products and advanced devices • Flexible scheduling in a collaborative, elevated spa setting.
