Terms: Full-time Clearance: Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility required Travel: 0-10% Portfolio/Business Unit Context This position supports Revolutional’s customer, the U.S. Department of State, focused on secure application development and mobile-enabled mission capabilities. The environment is high-security and high-visibility, supporting systems that require reliability, performance, and continuous enhancement. The core challenge: delivering secure, scalable applications while operating within strict compliance and classified environment constraints, without slowing down mission-critical delivery. Position Description As a Full Stack .NET Developer at Revolutional, you will design, build, and maintain secure, scalable applications in a classified environment. You will operate across the full stack, from backend services and database design to front-end user interfaces. This role requires engineers who can consistently deliver production-quality software while navigating structured, security-conscious environments. You are expected to troubleshoot complex issues, contribute to modernization efforts, and take ownership of delivering reliable, mission-critical capabilities. Technical Capabilities • Strong experience building full stack applications using .NET frameworks (.NET Core, MVC, or similar). • Proficiency with SQL Server, including T-SQL, stored procedures, and database design. • Experience troubleshooting and debugging across multiple system layers. • Familiarity with secure development practices in regulated or classified environments. • Experience working in Agile development teams.
