Required Skills and Experience: • Associate's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field plus 1 year of supervisory experience, OR Bachelor's Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field. • 1 year of Walmart Logistics Management experience OR 2 years of Walmart Logistics experience OR 2 years of supervisory experience. • Completion of all required Walmart trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings). • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. • Proficiency in monitoring productivity and implementing process improvements. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with Microsoft Office applications. • Prior experience supervising associates. • Walmart Logistics Manager Bachelor's in Business or Logistics.
