Director Of Nursing Responsibilities Include Holding primary responsibility for the clinical operations. Directs, plans, and coordinates service activities of professional nursing and auxiliary personnel in rendering resident care. Interprets facility policies and regulations to all nursing personnel. Ensures compliance with state and federal regulations. Evaluates nursing services rendered in order to improve quality of resident care and to better utilize staff and their abilities. Ensures for the provision of in-service training programs for nursing personnel.
