Manufacturing Manager Pittsburgh, PA (On-site) We’re partnering with a fast-growing, innovative company in the residential energy space. Due to continued growth, they’re hiring a Manufacturing Manager to take ownership of production and help scale operations quickly and effectively. The Role - Manufacturing Manager This is a hands-on leadership position focused on building and running manufacturing operations during a critical scale-up phase. You’ll: • Lead assembly operations • Own production schedules, quality, and output • Manage and grow a team of 8–10 • Drive delivery against ambitious targets (~700 systems this year) • Build structure from the ground up (processes, KPIs, reporting) • Identify bottlenecks and implement practical improvements This role sits at the heart of the business—what gets built and shipped will define success.
