The Role: We are seeking an experienced UX/UI Designer (5–10 years experience) to lead design of AI driven software experiences. You will be joining an existing UX Design team responsible for two core pillars: building high-efficiency AI tools that empower our employees and creating joyful, seamless AI experiences for our customers. Key Responsibilities • Architect AI Workflows: Design proactive, agentic UI patterns for both complex internal operations and polished consumer applications. • Execute in Figma: Build high-fidelity prototypes, scalable design systems, and developer-ready handoffs with precision. • Bridge Design Engineering: Partner deeply with developers to ensure AI technicalities (latency, LLM outputs) result in a flawless user experience. • Drive Impact: Transform manual employee tasks into efficient AI-assisted workflows while maintaining a "wow" factor for customers.
