You’ll own activation, retention, and monetization end-to-end, building the growth engine from scratch. This is a high-leverage role reporting directly to founders, requiring strong SQL skills and a bias for shipping. Complete autonomy as the founding Growth PM with no layers between you and the work, defining the company's economic trajectory. What You Will Do Own the entire product-led growth engine, specifically focusing on activation, retention, and monetization experiments. Execute the experiment loop by writing your own SQL queries in PostHog, drafting PRDs, and crafting in-product microcopy. Partner directly with co-founders to move the P&L through technical integration recovery, pricing tests, and expansion triggers. The ideal candidate 4 to 8 years of experience as a Growth PM at a PLG SaaS or mobile gaming company with proven ARR impact. Highly technical and data-fluent, specifically with SQL and HogQL, and experienced in shipping in-product growth surfaces. Possesses a founder mentality with the ability to build a function from zero in a fast-paced, low-process environment. Who are Jack & Jill? Ok, I'll go first.
