Reporting to the co-founders, you will own the ClickHouse warehouse, develop robust ETL pipelines, and deliver high-stakes insights on unit economics and retention that drive immediate strategic decisions. Absolute ownership of the data stack with no layers of management, defining how a category-defining AI product makes decisions. What You Will Do Architect and manage the end-to-end ClickHouse warehouse including schema design, ingestion, and performance optimization. Build and maintain mission-critical data pipelines connecting Postgres, Stripe, and ad platforms using Python and dbt. Create and prune the BI layer in Hex to provide proactive answers on retention cohorts, churn, and pricing impact. The ideal candidate Expert in advanced SQL and Python for ETL orchestration using modern tools like Dagster, Airflow, or dbt. Proven experience building BI layers from scratch and managing columnar warehouses, specifically ClickHouse or Snowflake.
