What You Will Do Lead complex data migrations from legacy schemas to cleaner domain models while maintaining zero-downtime for live customer workflows. Architect agent execution systems including orchestration for long-running jobs, retries, sandboxed tool execution, and human-in-the-loop review flows. Build rigorous data validation gates and observability tools to ensure 100% accuracy for sensitive financial records across ERP and banking integrations. The ideal candidate Has 4+ years of experience in product infrastructure or backend engineering, with a proven track record of managing production data model migrations. Is highly proficient with TypeScript and PostgreSQL/Drizzle, and has experience building reliable systems with workflow engines or async queues.
