Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Development Product Owner with strong expertise in Snowflake, Data Management, and Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance Claims domain. The ideal candidate will bridge business and technical teams, manage product backlogs, define data-driven requirements, and drive Agile delivery for enterprise-scale data solutions.
This role requires strong Product Ownership experience, deep understanding of Claims processes within P&C Insurance, and hands-on knowledge of Snowflake, data analysis, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
• Define, manage, and prioritize the product backlog using Jira.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritize features and enhancements based on business value and Claims domain needs.
• Drive Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog grooming, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coordinate releases and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with data engineering and technical teams on Snowflake-based data solutions.
• Support data warehousing initiatives, SQL development, data pipelines, and reporting requirements.
• Ensure delivery of scalable and data-driven solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Work with teams on data integration, APIs, and data governance initiatives.
• Monitor product performance and optimize data solution outcomes.
• Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership to align product vision and priorities.
• Facilitate effective communication between Claims business users and development teams.
• Drive decision-making, prioritization, and issue resolution throughout the product lifecycle.
