Chief Technology Officer, CTO

The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for shaping and executing the firm’s global technology strategy to enhance investment and client services. She/he leads all technology initiatives, evolves the technology organization into a value-added business partner, and elevates the firm's tech brand to attract and retain top talent. Reporting to the CEO, the CTO fosters a collaborative, innovative culture and builds strong relationships across the firm. She/he must have senior leadership experience in complex front-office financial environments, with a proven track record of building high-performing teams, driving technology innovation, and aligning technology with business goals. Core competencies include vision and strategy, leadership, technical creativity, results orientation, relationship-building, confidence, and self-awareness. Industry experience in investment management, data architecture, and familiarity with advanced technologies like Cloud, Spark, and Machine Learning are preferred. Requirements include extensive leadership in technology, talent development, and a deep understanding of investment processes, with a focus on data utilization and innovative solutions.
