Description
In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:
•
Amplify Global Head of Wealth ’s leadership capacity by translating vision into disciplined execution, ensuring the right priorities receive time, talent, and capital
•
Centralize cross-functional coordination across Wealth to remove friction and accelerate high-quality decision-making
•
Enable the Global Head of Wealth to focus on strategy, clients, and talent without sacrificing execution rigor
•
Own the executive operating cadence (staff meetings, business reviews, board/executive materials).
•
Oversee cross‑functional initiatives and transformation programs; ensure milestones, outcomes, and ROI are achieved.
•
Develop compelling executive narratives, briefings, and updates for internal and external stakeholders.
•
Act as a focal point for senior leader engagement across BNY platforms, practices, and hubs.
•
Manage confidential and sensitive topics with discretion and executive presence.
To be successful in this role we are seeking the following:
•
Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
•
10-12 years of total work experience preferred.

Discretion and Confidentiality
BNY assesses market data to ensure a competitive compensation package for our employees. The base salary for this position is expected to be between $102,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis, including as to experience and market location, and is only part of the BNY total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and company- sponsored benefit programs.
This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, change in geographic location, Company or individual department/team performance and market factors.
