Sr. Product Manager

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Product Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a technology-driven environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $124,000 – $156,000 annually Responsibilities Own the product roadmap for Admin and ESPP functional areas Define multi-quarter feature priorities based on various business criteria Conduct competitive analysis of Admin and ESPP capabilities Write comprehensive Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) Serve as the subject matter expert on ESPP plan design Lead customer discovery sessions to gather pain points and feature needs Partner with Security and Compliance teams to meet regulatory requirements Qualifications 5+ years in product management roles, preferably in B2B SaaS environments 3+ years of experience in the Equity Management space Proven track record of delivering complex SaaS features from concept to launch Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities Strong attention to detail, organization, and prioritization skills Benefits Comprehensive health benefits including medical, dental, and vision coverage Flexible working arrangements, including remote work options 401(k) plan with company matching Professional development opportunities Generous paid time off and holidays Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
