Description

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Core Experiences (remote) to join the team of a leader in the Hospitality & Recreation space. This role will shape product priorities that connect customer needs, business goals, and practical execution. You will partner with engineering, design, analytics, and go-to-market teams to define opportunities, prioritize work, and deliver measurable product outcomes. The position offers the opportunity to influence roadmap direction while improving customer experience and business performance within a healthcare environment. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $140,000 – $180,000 annually Responsibilities Define long-term vision and strategies for enhancing user experience Act as the primary liaison between engineering, design, and marketing teams Translate user needs into actionable product features with UX research Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch and improvement Lead initiatives to develop scalable AI experiences and platforms Identify and develop new features to increase app engagement Communicate product strategies and updates to stakeholders and executives Qualifications 5+ years in product management, especially in mobile or subscription businesses Proven ability to use data for decision-making and measuring success Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver quality user experiences Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences Experience with user behavior analysis and testing methodologies Benefits Equity stake in the company Unlimited paid time off (PTO) Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance Paid parental leave for all caregivers 401(k) matching contributions Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
