• **This role is based at our corporate office in McLean, VA*** Discover a rewarding opportunity in Hospitality Finance Join our impactful Finance Team that plays a crucial role in managing financial performance, accounting, tax, forecasting, risk management, and asset management for our esteemed global brands. As a Financial Manager on the Brands Finance team, reporting to the Director of Brands Finance, your focus will be on developing comprehensive reports that track and enhance spending compliance across Luxury, Full Service, Lifestyle, Focused/All-Suites, Food & Beverage, and Brand Management teams. Your daily responsibilities will include: • Leading a centralized finance team for Brands; establishing clear goals and measures of success while refining processes. • Crafting precise reports to enhance control, timing, and compliance of overall Brands spending. • Conducting financial analyses on expenditures, and sharing insights to broaden knowledge across the Brands Finance team. • Providing support to the FP&A team for Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews. Collaboration will be key, as you will: • Work closely with team members across all of Hilton's Brands and collaborate with Brand Management, Design, and Food & Beverage teams. • Engage with teams such as accounting, legal, tax, and treasury to ensure thorough financial management of Brands. • Partner with other Finance teams to support overall Brands and GBCS finance reviews. You will take ownership of: • The financial performance of Brands—being the go-to expert for queries related to performance and future outlook. • Building and assessing business cases in collaboration with business leaders for new investments that address challenges. What you bring to the table: Minimum qualifications: • Five (5) years of experience in Financial Analysis or related fields. • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred qualifications: • BA/BS Bachelor’s Degree and MA/MS Master’s Degree. • Two (2) years of supervisory experience. • Familiarity with Oracle Smart View or Hyperion Essbase. • Experience or familiarity with brand management. • Understanding of the corporate procurement or spending processes.
