Candidate must be able to work onsite in Tysons Corner, VA and have credit union experience. The ideal candidate will have credit union experience and should be capable of driving design strategy and team collaboration. Must have qualifications: • Proven experience as a UX Lead in a credit union environment • Expertise in designing end-to-end user experiences in complex digital banking applications and be capable of driving design strategy and team collaboration. • Ability to mentor UX teams and lead design reviews and stakeholder discussions Portfolio link must be provided in the profile.
