Senior Product Manager, Platform & Integrations Remote - United States About the Senior Product Manager, B2B Platform & Integrations role at Headspace: We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and scale the platform capabilities that power Headspace’s B2B business across employers and health plans. This role sits at the core of our platform strategy, enabling scalable partner onboarding, integrations, and partner‑specific configuration. You will define and build the foundational systems that allow Headspace to efficiently launch and support partners spanning eligibility infrastructure, APIs, onboarding tooling, and admin experiences. You will also act as the orchestrator for partner launches, ensuring alignment across Platform, Activation, and Engagement teams. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to balance partner needs with scalable platform design. What you will do: Platform Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product strategy and roadmap for the B2B partner platform, enabling scalable onboarding, integrations, and partner lifecycle management across employers and health plans. Launch Orchestration: Act as the orchestrator for partner launches, coordinating across Platform, Activation, and Engagement teams to align on timelines, dependencies, and readiness for launch. Platform Systems Ownership: Define and evolve core platform systems, including eligibility infrastructure, APIs (eligibility, referrals, reporting), and admin/configuration tools for employers and health plans. Onboarding Infrastructure: Build and scale reusable onboarding capabilities (e.g., eligibility ingestion, integrations, configuration layers) to support efficient and repeatable partner setup. Cross-Team Collaboration: Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Clinical, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure platform capabilities meet partner needs and support go‑to‑market success.
