What You Will Do Own the end-to-end design for complex orchestration flows, human-in-the-loop approvals, and layered memory systems. Work directly with the founder and engineering team to ship fast and define a cohesive product vision. Lead the creation of a robust design system and motion interactions that simplify technical complexity for users. The ideal candidate Has 6+ years of experience designing complex B2B SaaS workflows, dashboards, and multi-step configuration tools. Demonstrates a strong UX research practice with a portfolio that articulates clear tradeoffs and measurable product impact.
