Sr.Financial Analyst

Position : Sr.Financial Analyst Location : Franklin Lakes, NJ Duration : 15 months contract Total Hours/week : 37.50 1st shift Description Required • Advanced Excel skills and Basic MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Required: Pivots, vlookups, if/and/or/etc. statements, sorting/filtering • Experience in aggregation, reporting & analysis of large datasets from multiple sources • Attention to detail and adherence to tight deadlines • Strong interpersonal and communication skills • Working knowledge of SAP Preferred • Excel macros (basic) • BPC and HFM • Knowledge of basic accounting principles Responsibilities • Monthly extraction from SAP/BPC/HFM as well as excel reports, aggregation, categorization, analysis and distribution of expenses and other data via excel • Work closely with Consolidations/Controllership team to offer insight into expense details, obtaining information from SAP, BPC, HFM as well as from multiple contacts globally via email and phone • Coordinate with accounting to book and review journal entries, including accruals • Support external and internal audit requests • Analyze actual vs forecast • Analyze headcount data • Ad-hoc projects related to extraction, aggregation and analysis of other financial and operational data
