The Role:
You will manage the execution of the US marketing strategy, in conjunction with the Head of Marketing, across content and performance marketing channels, driving customer acquisition, organic growth, and revenue impact through an integrated, data-driven approach. You will work cross-functionally with Creative, Product, Business Development, and Partner Coaching teams to align marketing programs with business goals and ensure a consistent brand experience across all touch points. You own the full marketing funnel, from content and SEO to paid media and email, and have the analytical chops and creative instinct to connect those channels into a cohesive growth engine. You are comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in fast-moving environments, and are not afraid to test, fail, learn, and iterate.

Role Highlights:
• As the US digital marketing manager, you will own content strategy and help inform performance marketing, building a strong organic foundation while working with the Head of Marketing to scale paid programs across search, social, display, and affiliate channels to drive Partner acquisition and end-customer demand.
• Unique hybrid structure where you will both lead strategy and remain a hands-on executor, ensuring quality standards, campaign performance, and delivery of strategic content across all channels.
• You will direct the strategy for social and email channels end-to-end, developing integrated programs that align paid and organic efforts for a unified brand experience and measurable engagement. Content Strategists will support the production and management for all platforms.
• You will identify emerging platforms, content formats, and growth opportunities to expand reach across both the organic and AI search landscapes.
• You will mentor and level up team members alongside the Head of Marketing, locally and internationally, building capability in both SEO and performance marketing disciplines.
• Experience and comfort presenting strategic recommendations and channel performance to leadership, tailoring insights to the audience with clear ROI context and business impact.
Essential Skills:
• Hands-on content creation experience is essential. General knowledge and eagerness to learn paid media, including Organic/SEO, paid search (Google/Bing Ads), paid social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok), display, PR, and affiliate or partnership channels is something we value.
• Solid understanding of SEO best practices, including the ability to troubleshoot SEO issues and develop content strategies that drive organic search share across traditional and AI-powered search landscapes.
• Hands-on experience planning and executing email marketing programs, with an ability to align messaging across paid and organic channels for a seamless audience experience.
• Analytical and data-backed decision-making, leveraging tools including GA4, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, SEMrush, and CRM platforms to evaluate performance and inform strategy.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing, CRO, audience segmentation, and growth experimentation frameworks applied across both content and paid channels.
• Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools to drive campaign efficiency, content production, and reporting workflows.
Professional Experience:
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience in a fast-paced environment, with demonstrated ownership across both content and performance marketing disciplines.
• Strong analytical skills: comfortable using data to evaluate performance across channels, identify trends, and refine strategies in real time.
• A confident collaborator who can build alignment across creative, content, product, and cross-functional teams to deliver on shared business goals.
• Excellent written communication skills and editorial instinct, with the ability to produce and evaluate compelling content across formats.
• Passion for brand building and genuine curiosity about smart building technology, architecture, or design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets responsibly, forecast spend, and communicate trade-offs clearly to stakeholders.
• Proven track record of owning channel metrics end-to-end: setting KPI targets, building reporting rhythms, and presenting performance updates that connect marketing activity to business outcomes.
Bonus Points:
• You’ve worked as part of an international or multi-market team, coordinating campaigns and content across regions.
• You’re familiar with the electrical trades, construction & development, or building technology industries.
• You’ve helped scale a marketing function — whether content, performance, or both — from early-stage into a primary growth channel, and can speak to the strategic and operational decisions that made it possible.
