Position Summary: As a Salon Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering top‑tier guest service, and setting the tone for a positive, high‑performing workplace. You’ll lead by example, exceed sales expectations, manage scheduling, oversee inventory, provide expert product knowledge, and work collaboratively to achieve both individual and store‑wide goals.
