The organization is looking for a Senior Manager of Product Operations to lead the team responsible for how the product organization plans, executes, and ships. This role will manage a team of Product Operations Managers, set the operational standard for the organization, and partner with product and engineering leadership to drive strategic alignment. This is a player-coach role — the individual will get in the weeds when it matters and zoom out to shape how the function evolves.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop, and grow a team of Product Operations Managers across varying levels
Design and own the product operating model: planning cycles, goals frameworks, launch process, and team rhythms
Partner with Directors and VPs to surface operational insights that inform investment and prioritization decisions
Set tooling strategy for product ops — drive adoption of systems that create accountability and visibility
Define role standards, hiring bars, and development paths for the Product Ops function
Embed AI-augmented workflows into how the team operates; model a builder mindset
Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, design, GTM, and finance
Required Qualifications
8+ years in product operations, strategy & ops, or program management — with at least 2–3 years in people management
Deep experience designing operational systems that scale across a product organization
Strong executive communication: ability to present operational complexity at the VP and CPO level without losing the nuance
Track record of building and developing high-performing ops teams
Data-driven and outcome-oriented — connecting operational decisions to business metrics
Experience influencing without authority across multiple functions and org levels
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building or scaling a Product Ops function from the ground up
Familiarity with AI tooling strategy in an operational context
Background in GTM or launch operations at a SaaS or platform company

The hiring company provides a competitive base salary range for roles that may be hired in different geographic areas the company is licensed to operate its business from. Actual compensation is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, level of professional, educational experience, skills, and specific candidate location. In addition, this role will be eligible for a market competitive incentive opportunity.
US Base Salary Pay Range
$170,000—$230,000 USD
