Machine Learning Engineer

Enterprise AI Mindset • Proven experience building AI solutions that scale across an enterprise, not just within a single team or department. • Demonstrated ability to design reusable AI capabilities and platforms that enable multiple business units. • Experience supporting AI solutions post-launch, including monitoring, CI/CD, enhancements, and operational support. Breadth Across AI Capabilities • Experience across multiple AI domains such as: • Document processing and intelligent document automation • Voice analytics and conversational intelligence • Knowledge assistants / chatbots • (Bonus) Fraud analytics or advanced predictive modeling • Ability to quickly learn and apply new AI techniques as business needs evolve. Self-Directed Learning & Curiosity • Strong passion for AI demonstrated through continuous learning outside of formal job responsibilities. • Ability to articulate learning sources (e.g., researchers, authors, frameworks, communities, or platforms). • Keeps current with emerging AI trends, tools, and best practices in a rapidly evolving field. End-to-End Ownership • Experience owning the full AI product lifecycle: • Concept ? MVP ? Enterprise rollout ? Ongoing optimization • Strong understanding of AI governance, scalability, and operational excellence.
