Social Media Content Creator (On Camera)

Company Overview: Carat Spark specializes in Lab diamond jewelry manufacturing, retail & wholesale around New England region. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join us to lead and support Social Media Marketing & Content Creation aspects. Position Type: Part time/ Cash Location: Remote (Simsbury, Connecticut) with weekly in-office meetings Responsibilities: • Develop, film, and edit short-form video, reels, photography, and graphics • Represent the brand on camera across social platforms • Capture live content at offsite events and activations • Manage and execute a structured, multi-platform content calendar Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Threads, etc.). Content Creation: Generate compelling and shareable content modeling jewelry yourself, including but not limited to graphics & videos Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into content creation. Campaign Development: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote products/services. Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Qualifications: • Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends. • Proficient in content creation tools and software • Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles. • Highly creative and able to think outside the box.
