Role Description We’re Hiring Hairstylist Wanted Our salon is growing, and we’re looking for a talented, passionate hairstylist to join our team. We are seeking two rolls who are passionate and skilled Level 1 & Level 2 Hair Stylist, on-site position at our Kearny, NJ location. Full-time and part-time opportunities available, with flexible scheduling options. Responsibilities include providing professional hair styling, cutting, and coloring services, offering expert hair care advice to clients, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and creating an exceptional customer experience. You will also have the opportunity to collaborate with our team of beauty professionals, contributing to a positive and supportive salon culture. This role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and techniques to deliver innovative and customized services. What we offer: • Supportive team culture • Growth opportunities • Beautiful salon environment • Clients ready for the right stylist Qualifications • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to build and maintain client relationships • Commitment to continuous learning and staying current with the latest beauty trends and techniques • Ability to work effectively in a team-setting while maintaining professionalism and a customer-first attitude • Available for nights and weekends is a plus • Level 1: A valid New Jersey Cosmetology license is a plus but not required • Level 1: If you’re graduating cosmetology school soon, motivated, and looking for a salon to grow with, we’d love to meet you. • Level 1: Previous salon experience is a plus but not required • Level 2: Experience in a salon settings or with specialty services, such as hair extensions, is a plus • Level 2: Active cosmetology license and experience providing professional hair services • Level 2: Proficiency in Hair Styling, Hair cutting, Hair coloring & Hair Care.
