It powers the digital thinking for Wavemakers largest global clients and acts as a central planning and buying team for clients who buy multimarket digital campaigns from one location. Our digital thinking brings together media, data and technology to drive business results for our clients and is directly connected to our most senior global management team offering increased opportunity for senior level exposure.</p> <p><strong>Client Context:</strong></p> <p>Audible is Wavemaker Worldwide’s largest client and one of the world’s favourite platforms for audio content, from podcasts to audio books to Audible Originals. Audible have ambitious growth targets that we will help them achieve through both branding and performance campaigns across four major markets: France, Italy, Germany and Spain giving the applicate an opportunity to work across market and understand how different markets behaviour and respond to media.</p> <p><strong>Role Context:</strong></p> <p>We are looking for a specialist in paid social app/MAI campaigns to continue their career as Account Manager. This person will play an integral role in the day-to-day running of a busy client account. They will be required to work with the line manager to help oversee more junior team members with the overall aim of delivering flawless paid social campaigns for clients. The ideal candidate is someone with good working knowledge of paid advertising across one or more of the key social channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Snap, TikTok etc). The candidate should also have in-depth experience of working with mobile app-install campaigns across Meta, Reddit, Twitter, TikTok and Snapchat and also be proficient in understanding the specific challenges of mobile/app campaign tracking including having worked with MMPs. This person will also be required to develop relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders becoming a trusted voice for all things paid social.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>Account Managers are expected to work closely with their Account Director and the Global Hub team to manage the day-to-day running of one (or more) client accounts. Account Managers have several key areas of focus, these include:</p> <p><strong>Campaign Management</strong></p> <ul> <li>Developing comprehensive paid social media plans (+ supporting material) that align with client’s objectives and KPIs focussing on mobile app-install campaigns. Able to clearly articulate the rationale for proposed campaign tactics (channels, budget, audience, formats etc.) and present these back, both to internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Responsible for end-to-end set up of paid social campaigns across all the relevant social platforms (and working with junior team members to assist them with this task as necessary), focusing on app-install campaigns. Comfortable using advanced features such as bid rules and 3rd party optimisation/ creative/ measurement tools to achieve results for clients.</li> <li>Responsible for ensuring regular quality assurance (QA) checks are undertaken by everyone working on the account (both locally and in the Global Hub team) to ensure campaigns are set up to defined best practice standards.</li> <li>Responsible for monitoring campaign performance and pacing to ensure all activity delivers as expected. Troubleshooting and optimising campaigns in order to improve performance as necessary.</li> <li>Working with Executives, Snr. Executives and the Global Hub team to produce detailed &amp; accurate weekly/monthly campaign performance reports, often in Microsoft Excel. Leading client calls to present results as necessary.</li> <li>Writing performance commentary that delivers valuable insight and recommendations to clients. Should be able to identify trends and recommend actions on-platform to capitalise/mitigate these trends as necessary. Working with junior team members to ensure standards for commentary remain consistent.</li> <li>Producing more detailed analysis including end-of-campaign reporting, quarterly/annual reviews, and for standalone projects.</li> <li>Owning the tracking of app-install campaigns across social activity.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Client &amp; Partner Management&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Acting as a key social point-of-contact for your client(s) ensuring their continuing confidence in the quality of the team and agency’s social output.</li> <li>Demonstrating a deep understanding of the media and technology developments that influence your client’s business. Able to identify opportunities to test and innovate in the paid social space, presenting these opportunities to stakeholders and securing client backing.</li> <li>Building and maintaining relationships with the key media partners including Meta, Twitter, Snap, TikTok, Pinterest and others.</li> </ul> <p><strong>People Management&nbsp;</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working with your line-manager to ensure the effective management of more junior team members ensuring workloads are sufficiently monitored &amp; prioritised to ensure deadlines are met.</li> <li>Able to communicate clearly and in a timely manner with internal and external stakeholders as required across email, chat, video and in-person. Leading presentations where necessary.</li> <li>Attend regular internal meetings and training sessions in order to actively contribute to a collaborative and friendly paid social community. Leading by example to motivate and encourage those with less experience.</li> <li>Assisting with the recruitment process for the immediate and wider team. Attending interviews and acting as an ambassador for the team to potential candidates.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p> <ul> <li>Identify opportunities to test and innovate in the paid social space. Presenting these opportunities to stakeholders and securing client backing.</li> <li>Working with line-manager to develop and implement testing/learning agendas for clients that drive clear and actionable insight on each social platform.</li> <li>Working closely with planning team + other channel specialists to ensure paid social activity compliments and enhances the wider marketing mix.</li> <li>Responsible for accurate and timely fulfilment of mandatory agency finance processes.
