Full Stack Engineer – CRM Web Portal

This role involves designing and developing a robust, browser-based CRM and customer support portal tailored for seamless access across desktop and mobile devices. The successful candidate will architect a scalable solution that supports contact and lead management with customizable fields, advanced search capabilities, and a comprehensive ticketing system featuring SLA timers, file attachments, and internal notes. The platform will include role-based dashboards, real-time notifications, and an analytics module, all built with future extensibility in mind for potential native mobile clients. The project emphasizes security, maintainability, and clear documentation, with deployment on leading cloud platforms and integration of CI/CD pipelines.
