The Plant Manager will lead the development of a high‑performing organization that supports both business and operational strategies within a specialized manufacturing environment. This role provides strategic, developmental, and tactical leadership to drive Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement across the facility. The Site Manager is responsible for ensuring products are delivered accurately and efficiently while meeting Safety, Quality, Productivity, Cost, and Customer Service standards. This is a fully onsite position reporting into the Operations & Supply Chain leadership team. ResponsibilitiesChampion Safety and Quality; model high standards of operational discipline and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across all departments onsite (including functions that do not directly report into this role).Oversee Environmental, Health, and Safety performance; drive continuous improvement to maintain a risk‑free operating environment.Build and reinforce a culture focused on accountability, bias for action, and value‑added processes.Develop, track, and improve Key Performance Indicators; lead corrective actions when performance deviates from plan.Maintain clear and effective communication across the site and with cross‑functional teams and business units.Apply critical thinking to evaluate and implement process improvements, operational efficiencies, and simplified workflows.Establish operational strategies and standard processes; drive alignment across site functions.Deliver financial commitments by meeting cost, production, and variance goals aligned with the operating plan.Support Working Capital performance, including proactive actions to address variances.Stay ahead of industry technology changes and identify opportunities to enhance operations, increase productivity, and maintain competitive advantage.Generate and implement improvement ideas related to safety, yield, throughput, and quality through lean manufacturing and Six Sigma principles.Lead root‑cause and corrective-action activities; ensure sustainable solutions that achieve targeted outcomes.Ensure compliance with all corporate Quality and EHS policies, including completion of required documentation and corrective actions (MOCs, RCCA for EHS CARs and Quality CARs). RequirementsBachelor's degree in a technical discipline.10+ years of operations and engineering experience within a manufacturing environment.5+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.Experience working within highly regulated environments (AS9100 or similar preferred).Proven track record of improving and sustaining operational performance.Labor relations experience is a plus.Strong capability in developing and elevating talent.Must possess or be eligible to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
