Murex Market Risk Senior Consultant

We are seeking a Murex Market Risk Senior Consultant to join our growing team. This role is responsible for change requirements and enhancements, interacting with business stakeholders, and takingbusiness requirements from inception through to production delivery. Preferred Qualifications • 8+ years' experience in the Murex Market Risk module • Configurations experience in Murex MRE and MRA exp • VAR, Greeks, sensitivities stress testing, and attribution of Risk PL exp • Exposure to Assets classes: MM, Fixed Income, FX, and IR Derivatives • Demonstrable experience in the documentation of analysis outputs • Experiencetranslating business requirements into functional requirements • Strong communication skills • Ability to liaise with the testing team and manage the testing lifecycle, including defect management • Oracle and/or SQL Server RDBMS fundamentals and good SQL skills • Good knowledge of CI/CD mode of delivery • Experience working with Jira • Agile SDLC experience • Exposure to Unix and GIT desired • Development skills in MxML / DM or other Murex modules a plus • Technical skills including Unix, Shell Scripting, and Interfaces a plus Role and Responsibilities • Work in Murex Market risk in a techno-functional capacity from development to production delivery • Independently discuss and clarify requirements with end user • Independently resolve BAU production/release issues • Contribute to FIT, UAT, and regression cycles • Development of planned changes ranging from small CTB-type tasks to large bank-wide projects • Business and technical analysis of changes, effort estimation, solution design, development, and unit testing • Work with the QA team to ensure timely defect remediation and proper test coverage • End-to-end ownership of tasks • Drive solution design discussions with the wider team and mentor/train more junior team members
